1. Pre-Order & Custom Build Orders

   All custom-built PCs and pre-order items require advance payment.

Once the build process has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds are not applicable for customized configurations unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Refund Eligibility

  Refunds will only be provided if:

  The product is damaged upon delivery.

  The wrong product was delivered.

  The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

  The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or video proof.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  Custom-built systems.

  Special-order components.

  Used or physically damaged products caused by the customer.

4. Replacement Policy

  Defective products will be replaced as per manufacturer warranty terms.

  Warranty service will follow the brand’s official policy.

5. Processing Time

  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
